Terms of Use

Effective Date: September 26, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Burgeon Enterprises’ websites, CRM system, applications, or services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Accounts & Access

Certain features (including billing, Statements of Account, receipts, inquiries, tickets, and feedback) require a registered client account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Burgeon may suspend or terminate accounts if unauthorized use, fraud, or violations are detected.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, suspension, or service disconnection.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as proof of payment, inquiries, tickets, and feedback). By submitting content, you grant Burgeon a limited license to store, process, and use it for the purpose of providing Services. Burgeon’s trademarks, logos, CRM system design, and content remain the property of Burgeon Enterprises and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Fees, Billing & Payments

Subscription plans, billing cycles, and due dates are assigned through the CRM system. Clients are responsible for timely payment of subscription fees. Proof of payment must be submitted for verification before a receipt can be issued. For cash payments, only Statements of Account (SOA) are issued; digital receipts are available only for verified payments from the previous billing cycle. Billing rules, refunds (if any), and applicable policies are displayed at the point of payment or communicated through the CRM.

7. Inquiries, Tickets & Feedback

Clients may submit inquiries, tickets, and feedback through the CRM system. Burgeon reserves the right to prioritize, respond to, or close tickets based on urgency and relevance. Feedback may be used internally for service monitoring and improvements.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. Burgeon does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burgeon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or service availability.

9. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines (unless otherwise specified by local requirements). Burgeon may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the CRM system or by direct notice.
